Sous Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative chef to assist our Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team.

- Food cost control
- Maintain quality standards
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent in English
