ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004 in London, our collection has grown to include five venues in the Middle East in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Bahrain & Kuwait. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata. Main DutiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly
- Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to presentation
- Maintain a clean and well‑organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Liaise with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication

- Proven experience as Waiter in a luxury high‑volume restaurant or similar
