** About the Role
** As a
** Server**, you will deliver intuitive, personalized service while ensuring a refined and welcoming dining experience. You will be responsible for engaging with guests, delivering food and beverage with precision, and representing the Four Seasons standards in every interaction.
** Responsibilities
* ** Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests
* Present menus, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations
* Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
* Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
* Follow Four Seasons service standards, sequence of service, and grooming guidelines
* Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure tables and dining areas are properly set, clean, and elegant
* Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues gracefully
* Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling standards
* Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Qualifications & Skills
*** Previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-service environment
* Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
* Positive attitude, polished appearance, and commitment to teamwork
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
