AboutThe Role
As a Server
, you will deliver intuitive, personalized service while ensuring a refined and welcoming dining experience. You will be responsible for engaging with guests, delivering food and beverage with precision, and representing the Four Seasons standards in every interaction.
- Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Follow Four Seasons service standards, sequence of service, and grooming guidelines
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure tables and dining areas are properly set, clean, and elegant
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues gracefully
- Process payments accurately and follow cash‑handling standards
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑service environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
Positive attitude, polished appearance, and commitment to teamwork - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
