Job DescriptionSofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a passionate and service-driven Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality beverages while creating memorable guest experiences in line with Sofitel’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to brand standards
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with confidence and care
- Follow all health, safety, and HACCP guidelines
- Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
