Baker (Manama, Bahrain)
We are in search of a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing delicious baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other desserts according to traditional and modern recipes.
Key responsibilities- Prepare all baked goods from scratch using quality ingredients
- Follow recipes accurately while also adding your own creative touch
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to ensure perfect results
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Competitive salary of 1500$
