The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily operations of a high-end fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service execution, and consistent luxury standards in line with brand expectations.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house service team.
• Maintain fine dining standards in service, grooming, and presentation.
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest preferences.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and support revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

• 3–5 years’ experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest etiquette.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
