- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required
- Present menus and explain menu items daily specials and promotions
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to Four Seasons service standards
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience to anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
- Set up and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Process guest bills and payments accurately
- Handle guest complaints professionally andescalatewhennecessary
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items ingredients and allergens
- Comply with food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
- Follow grooming and appearance guidelines at all times
- Support colleagues and assist other sections during busy periods
- Participate in daily briefings training sessions and departmental meetings
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Promote Four Seasons standards of luxury hospitality and personalized service
- Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and guest loyalty
- Adhere to all hotel policies procedures and health amp safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
