We are seeking a talented and experienced Temporary Executive Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a temporary position, this role will provide support and assistance to our current kitchen team during peak seasons or special events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the culinary industry and be able to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment with ease.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of food quality and presentation
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain proper stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to create special menus for events or occasions

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays

Starting salary for this temporary position is 1500$ per month.

Temporary accommodation may be provided for the duration of employment.
