Sales Manager

Our luxury retail store in Manama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, a proven track record in managing a successful sales team, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced high‑end retail environment.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Train new sales staff on products, company policies, and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability at all times.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales or management, preferably in luxury goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of luxury brands and products preferred.
• Must have own visa or be able to obtain necessary work permit.
