We are currently looking for a Boutique Manager to lead one of our boutiques in Bahrain.
This role is not only about managing a store. It is about bringing the Dior vision to life, building a high‑performing team, and delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the standards of the Maison.
The RoleAs Boutique Manager, you are the leader of the boutique. You are responsible for driving business performance, developing your team, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the highest level of luxury service.
You act as a true ambassador of Dior, setting the tone, building a strong team culture, and ensuring excellence in execution across all aspects of the boutique.
Job Responsibilities Business Performance- Drive and exceed annual sales targets, ensuring strong commercial performance
- Monitor KPIs and take clear actions to improve results
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthen the boutique’s position in the market
- Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional client experience
- Develop a strong clienteling culture, ensuring long‑term client relationships
- Ensure Dior standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints
- Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team
- Coach and develop team members, supporting their growth and career progression
Set clear objectives and follow up on performance regularly - Foster a strong team spirit and a culture of accountability
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all areas: merchandising, stock, VM, security, and housekeeping
- Oversee inventory processes and ensure accuracy
- Maintain strong control on stock management and minimize losses
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead regular team briefings to review performance and share key updates
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Act as a link between the boutique and the wider organization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail
- Strong understanding of the luxury environment and client expectations
- Commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Natural leader with the ability to engage, develop, and challenge teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
