Job Description
- Clean shelves, arrange products neatly, and ensure stock availability.
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries.
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the back store.
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
- Check products for short-dated items.
- Prepare online orders, assign them to Talabat riders, and check stock across all categories.
- Add price tags to items on shelves and assist customers as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product information.
- Check expired products and arrange their return to the company.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Prepare and submit the short-dated/expiry list to the EDP Clerk.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in stocking.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Basic ability to read and write in English.
