• Manage multiple outlets foh staff

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Quality control for all items before before sending out
• Oversee stock levels and make decisions on stock orders.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Manage a good relationship with suppliers and vendors.

• Monitor the store’s financial performance, including budgets and expenses.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Oversee merchandising and product display.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain store security and loss prevention.

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and present regular profit and loss reports on store performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
