Purchase and Store Assistant at Rise Hospitality Management in Manama, B13, BH.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Assist with the day-to-day purchasing activities based on approved requisitions and operational requirements. Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and assist in comparing prices, quality, and delivery terms. Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper approval before placing orders. Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, shortages, and outstanding items. Maintain updated supplier information, price lists, and purchasing records.

Ensure purchases are made from approved suppliers and in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate with the Kitchen, F B, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements. Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantity, quality, specifications, and condition against purchase orders and delivery notes. Check expiry dates, batch numbers, packaging, and temperature of perishable products where applicable. Report discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, or incorrect deliveries to the Purchasing/Store Manager.

Ensure all received items are properly documented and entered into the inventory system.
