The Senior Client Engagement Manager - Cybersecurity Sales at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd will lead strategic cybersecurity sales initiatives in Manama on a full-time basis. Responsible for expanding Intertecs footprint across key industry sectors, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving profitable growth for our technology solutions and services portfolio.
Qualifications And Skills- Bachelors Degree in IT or Masters in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing
- 10+ years experience in sales, business development, and cybersecurity (Mandatory skill), demonstrating success in closing complex IT deals and driving significant revenue growth.
- Fully proficient in relevant areas including AMC renewals and New prospects generation, software maintenance renewals & upgrades, Outsourcing & Professional services
- Familiarity in one or more of the following solutions:
- Next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- SIEM/SOC services
- Endpoint security & Data Loss Prevention
- Vulnerability assessment & penetration testing
- TSM/ESM platforms (Service Now, Ivanti, Manage Engine, etc.)
- RPA/automation tools
- Cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud)
- ERP - Microsoft Dynamics, Asset Management
- CRM and Customer Experience platforms
- Low-code/no-code platforms
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across public sector, BFSI, healthcare, retail, oil & gas, and enterprise customers. Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with Intertecs growth objectives.
- Drive end-to-end sales process: lead generation, solutions positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build a robust pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their business needs and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with technical, pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer requirements.
- Collaborate with OEM partners and distributors (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Palo Alto, Service Now, etc.) to position competitive offerings.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the response for RFPs/RFQs including solution design coordination, pricing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Engage in commercial and technical negotiations with procurement and decision-making stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competition landscape, and emerging technologies. Identify risk areas and new growth opportunities within the Bahrain market.
