Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full‑time, on‑site Sr Sales Executive for our Denza brand. The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, providing tailored advice to customers about products, and staying updated on market trends.
Additionally, the Sr Sales Executive will actively collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Proven expertise in sales techniques, negotiation, and achieving set targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitor assessment, and sales planning.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive industry trends and electric mobility products. Experience with premium automotive brands would be an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software is a strong advantage.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
