Core Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Senior Manager Priority Banking, plan and develop all Priority banking objectives that are cascaded from the business plan of the Division.
  • Develop strategies and plans for winning and retaining a wide customer base of High‑Net‑Worth Individuals.
  • Source and develop new clients by applying disciplined sales process and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product range. Enhance existing Priority Banking relationships and provide professional quality customer service.
  • Anticipate and pre‑empts potential risks, analyse all types of risks including those of higher complexity and provide clients with full and balanced assessment of risks and returns. Involve the right resources to protect the Bank's interest.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and expertise of products across all product categories, develop and apply innovative solutions to highly complex client needs and provide financial advice to clients on investment opportunities.
  • Review investment product offering documentation in coordination with the product development Department as needed.
  • Set up and maintain clients’ profiles and database, carry out investors communications to achieve products, sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the business development teams to identify and implement new profitable financial services and products in order to satisfy customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department with regard to the processing and executions of product sales and financing deals.
  • Produce product sales and investment summary reports for distribution to the clients and investors.
  • Self-Management Responsibilities
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Identifies self training and development requirements and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
