About the Role

Premium AM Business Solutions provides business support, client management, and professional services to organizations across multiple industries. We are seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and support business growth through exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Support contract renewals and business development activities
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
