We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our growing team in Manama As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with clients
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Manage the sales process from start to finish including negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Train new sales team members on products services and sales techniques
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of customer relationship management CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work part-time hours without accommodation
