Sales Engineer – Industrial Components & Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are a metal casting and precision manufacturing company supplying the oil & gas, cement, crushers, aluminum smelting, and railway sectors, with an expanding pump trading and OEM division. We're looking for a technically strong sales professional to drive growth across our industrial client base.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing industrial clients
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in casting, machining, and pump/OEM segments
• Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with industrial and OEM clients
• Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the General Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) - Mechanical Engineering preferred, but other engineering disciplines will be considered
• Proven sales experience, preferably in mechanical components, metal casting/machining, industrial pumps, or construction materials
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications at a level that builds credibility with engineers and procurement teams
• Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the Bahraini market
• Valid Bahraini driver's license

Compensation: BHD 400-600/month depending on experience, plus commission (structure to be discussed)
