• This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee,
• A Properties Co. W.L.L.
• The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.
• The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.
• If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Assist in achieving room, group, and overall hotel revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain corporate, government, leisure, and MICE accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections.
• Generate new business and follow up on leads and quotations.
• Promote hotel rooms, meetings, events, and F&B facilities.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure excellent guest and client service.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
• Support sales activities, promotions, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international hotel brand.
• Experience in corporate, government, leisure, group, and MICE sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and business accounts.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and networking skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional, proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
