• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Bahrain & Saudi
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Identify and secure new corporate, university, government, and ecosystem partners
• Lead business development activities, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
• Achieve revenue and pipeline targets
• Maintain CRM and sales reporting discipline
• Work closely with Brinc teams to develop client solutions

• 7+ years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership experience
• Strong network in Vietnam's corporate, education, government, or innovation ecosystem
• Proven track record in revenue generation and deal closing
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in
  Arabic and English
• Experience selling consulting, professional services, innovation, education, or technology solutions is a plus
