What You'll Be Selling- Corporate innovation and accelerator programs
- Open innovation and startup collaboration initiatives
- University incubation and entrepreneurship programs
- Innovation ecosystem development projects
- Cross-border innovation and market access programs
- Venture-building and commercialization services
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Bahrain & Saudi
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Identify and secure new corporate, university, government, and ecosystem partners
- Lead business development activities, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
- Achieve revenue and pipeline targets
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting discipline
- Work closely with Brinc teams to develop client solutions
- 7+ years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership experience
- Strong network in Bahrain and Saudi's corporate, education, government, or innovation ecosystem
- Proven track record in revenue generation and deal closing
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience selling consulting, professional services, innovation, education, or technology solutions is a plus
