Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth in a competitive market.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to tailor strategies that align with business goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Monitor and report on progress and forecasts to management.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within Bahrain or the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
