Industry Interior Design and Home/Commercial Renovation
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand enterprise accounts in Bahrain and across the Middle East. The role focuses on solution selling of IT, digital engineering, and enterprise technology services.
Drive end-to-end revenue growth for IT, Digital, and Engineering services
Acquire new enterprise accounts and expand existing ones across the region
Sell Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Embedded, and Software solutions
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Lead contract negotiations and commercials with internal teams
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution positioning
Identify new market opportunities and improve sales effectiveness
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years in Enterprise Sales / Business Development / Solution Selling
Experienced in selling IT, Digital, or Engineering services
Proven success in solution sales in Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Embedded, and Software solutions
Mandatory experience in Bahrain and Middle East markets
Understanding of offshore/global delivery models (India/GCC)
Strong consultative and value-based selling expertise
Proven hunter-farmer capability for enterprise accounts
MBA preferred;
Engineering background is a plus
Prior experience in Engaging with CXO, VP, Director-level stakeholders
Strong negotiation, pricing, and SLA management skills
Strong commercial acumen and result orientated
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong local network in Bahrain (enterprise/government preferred)
Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
