Sales Manager for a Contract Position in Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Manama, Bahrain. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in sales. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

• No previous sales experience required but must possess strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
• Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Must be legally able to work in Bahrain

• Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Prepare sales proposals and present them to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts with clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction
