We are looking for a dynamic results-driven Mechanical Engineer to head our Centralized Gas System CGS sales and project team The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background exceptional leadership qualities and a proven track record in B2B project sales and management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage the sales and project teams for the CGS division ensuring optimal performance and team synergy
- Drive project sales growth by converting leads responding to enquiries and securing new business
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements
- Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research networking and relationship building
- Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our CGS solutions effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams engineering procurement execution to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor KPIs prepare reports and present updates to senior management
- Foster a high-performance culture through motivation training and team development
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/project execution in the CGS
- Proven leadership experience in managing sales and technical teams
- Strong understanding of centralized gas system design, standards, and project cycles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value
