As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our Manama location. Your duties will include setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to ensure their success. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management or a related field. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, as well as accommodation. This is a full-time position with no previous experience required, so if you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales. Please note that while nationality is not a strict requirement for this position, preference may be given to candidates with knowledge of the local market in Manama.
