Achieve Sales and company KPIs and business objectives Identify and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts Conduct regular customer visits product presentations and sales negotiations Prepare quotations follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements Ensure Open and accurate daily reporting to Line manager on daily activities and market intelligence Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts Update sales activities and customer information in the company CRM ERP system

Masters or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of sales experience in food ingredients, bakery, or HORECA industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis). Bahrain market experience in similar field preferred. Valid Bahrain Driving License is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good command of English, additional languages are an advantage.
