** About the role
** We are seeking a skilled
** General Maintenance Mechanic
** to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical systems and equipment throughout the property, maintaining Four Seasons’ standards of excellence and reliability.
** What you will do
*** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pumps.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
** What you bring
*** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end environment.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and work flexible shifts.
* Technical certification or diploma in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
