• Maintaining, repairing, and servicing HVAC/AC systems across the hotel
• Diagnosing issues and performing corrective actions to ensure optimal performance
• Supporting general maintenance tasks including minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work
• Ensuring all assigned areas are safe, clean, and compliant with hotel standards
• Following the preventive maintenance schedule and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Updating supervisors or the Duty Manager on maintenance needs and stock levels
• Providing support to the Engineering team as needed, especially during peak operations

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC/AC maintenance or related repair work
• Technical or vocational training in refrigeration, air‑conditioning, or mechanical systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  , and reporting tools such as Hot Sos
  , Opera
  , Lutron
  , Bartech
  , or Inncom
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, hand tools, basic plumbing, electrics, and preventive maintenance procedures
• CPO certification (preferred) if the property includes a pool
• Good physical fitness – role involves standing, bending, lifting, and kneeling
• Ability to meet local legal requirements regarding safety and operations
• Warm, approachable communication style and a commitment to delivering great service
