As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of the frontend experience across multiple web applications. This is not a ticket-driven role. You’ll be trusted to architect, build, deploy, and evolve React applications from the ground up, working closely with backend engineers, product, and design. You’ll shape how the frontend consumes APIs, how dashboards scale, and how users interact with complex financial and operational data.

• Architecting and building modern React applications used for financial and operational workflows
• Designing and implementing complex, data-heavy dashboards and visualisations
• Owning frontend deployment pipelines using Vercel and modern tooling
• Defining and implementing API contracts in collaboration with backend teams, including contract testing with Pact
• Designing frontend-friendly API versioning strategies that scale over time
• Building responsive, accessible interfaces that work seamlessly across devices
• Instrumenting user telemetry and analytics to inform product decisions
• Contributing to and evolving a shared design system and component architecture
• Making technical decisions that directly influence UX, performance, and product quality

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production React applications
• Strong React and Type Script skills with clear examples of end-to-end ownership
• Hands-on experience with contract testing using Pact
• Solid understanding of API versioning and frontend-backend integration strategies
• Experience deploying frontend applications using Vercel or similar platforms
• Proven ability to build dashboards and data visualisations
• Comfort working in startup environments with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Product mindset with a genuine interest in user experience and outcomes
• High autonomy and confidence owning frontend architecture and features

• Experience in fintech, financial platforms, or trading products
• Analytics tooling such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Internationalisation and RTL support
• Advanced data visualisation libraries
• Performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals knowledge
• Design system or component library experience
• Arabic language skills

This role is based in Bahrain and requires close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.
