The 4 Point Management is a software technology development engineering company seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer specializing in Flutter. In this full-time role based in Manama, you will build and improve mobile applications, working with product and engineering colleagues to deliver dependable, user-focused software.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Translate product requirements and interface designs into responsive, accessible mobile experiences.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and platform services, and handle data, navigation, and application state reliably.
- Write maintainable code, review contributions, troubleshoot defects, and improve performance and stability.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders through planning, implementation, and release.
- Contribute to technical decisions, development standards, automated testing, and continuous improvement of the mobile engineering process.
The role is suited to an experienced engineer who can take ownership of mobile features and support high-quality delivery from implementation through ongoing maintenance.
Job Specification- Strong professional experience building and shipping mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Solid understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, asynchronous programming, and application state management.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON, authentication, and network or application errors.
- Knowledge of mobile testing practices, debugging tools, and performance optimization.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable code and participate constructively in code reviews.
- Familiarity with Git-based collaboration and mobile application build and release workflows.
- Understanding of core iOS and Android behaviors, responsive interfaces, and platform-specific considerations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and ownership skills, with the ability to deliver features independently.
