The 4 Point Management is a software technology development engineering company seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for its team in Manama, Bahrain. In this full-time role, you will build and improve responsive user interfaces that make the company’s software products reliable, accessible, and easy to use. You will work closely with product, design, and backend colleagues to turn requirements into maintainable frontend solutions.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain production-quality frontend features using modern JavaScript or Type Script frameworks.
- Translate product requirements and design specifications into responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Develop reusable components and establish patterns that support consistency and efficient delivery.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs, handle application state, and manage loading and error scenarios.
- Review code, write and maintain tests, and contribute to technical planning and implementation decisions.
- Identify and resolve performance, usability, and browser compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, document important technical decisions, and support continuous improvement of development practices.
This position is based in Manama and is not designated as a telecommuting role.
Job Specification- Strong professional experience building and maintaining frontend applications with JavaScript or Type Script and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency with semantic HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and cross-browser development.
- Experience creating reusable component architectures and managing application state.
- Ability to integrate REST APIs or comparable services and troubleshoot client-server issues.
- Working knowledge of frontend testing practices, including unit or component tests, and browser debugging tools.
- Understanding of web accessibility, performance optimization, and secure frontend development.
- Comfort with Git-based collaboration, code reviews, and iterative delivery in an engineering team.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
