Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of heavy equipment including wheel loaders, forklifts, tractors, trailers, and Hiab trucks.
- Oversee fleet operations, delivery scheduling, and transportation activities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, inspections, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Lead operators, drivers, and helpers to achieve safe and efficient operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and fleet supervision.
- Experience in the concrete products, ready‑mix concrete, construction materials, logistics, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet operations, and preventive maintenance.
- Good computer skills (Excel, reporting, and fleet records).
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
