Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Fleet & Equipment Foreman to supervise fleet and construction equipment operations, maintenance coordination, and daily equipment activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise fleet and equipment operations.
- Coordinate equipment allocation and deployment.
- Monitor equipment availability and utilization.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Track equipment breakdowns and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain equipment records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, operators, mechanics, and project teams.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
- Relevant experience in fleet and equipment operations.
- Experience supervising construction equipment and fleet activities.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple equipment-related activities.
