The Executive Assistant to the Finance Team provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Investor Relations, and Head of Strategy. This role is integral to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization, requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism. This role requires someone who brings a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and takes pride in enabling leadership and teams to operate at their best.

Include but are not limited to the following. Other duties will be assigned to meet business needs.
Executive & Administrative Support- Proactively manage complex calendars for the CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and Head of Strategy, including prioritization of meetings and proactive conflict resolution.
- Assist with inbox management for the CFO, helping prioritize communications and flag time-sensitive items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Finance leadership, including itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for the CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and Head of Strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound communications from investors, advisors, and external partners, representing the Finance team with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, earnings-related activities, and audit or auditor engagements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling, materials coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain well-organized records, contacts, and key documents for the CFO and Finance leadership.
- Manage office supplies and ensure computer hardware and printer readiness for the Finance department.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the broader Finance team, including large meeting coordination and special projects as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- 4-6 years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- High degree of professionalism, maturity, and trustworthiness.
- Comfortable interacting with investors, bankers, board members, and senior leadership.
- Proactive and anticipatory—able to “see around corners” and help smooth periods of high activity or complexity.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Team-minded with a flexible, service-oriented approach to supporting broader Finance needs.
- Strong learning agility and comfort with technology; software and tool proficiency is expected, with willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
