Ground Transportation Account Manager

Overview

Capstone, an Alera Group company, is looking for an Account Manager - Ground Transportation. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals, as required.
• Processing of endorsements.
• Issuing certificates, evidences and .
• Maintain and keep current all bookkeeping systems, database and records.
• Processing non-pay cancellations and resolving billing issues.
• Providing superior customer support - manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution.
• General miscellaneous tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Preferred – 1+ years Commercial Lines experience.
• NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Customer service oriented – ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiar with Agency Management Systems and carrier websites is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required.
