In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. You will document and manage multiple sales cycles, following the process through implementation until the new business is up and running.
As deals close, you will earn industry‑leading compensation, benefits, luxury incentive trips, and awards.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts, deepen relationships across the ADP family, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
- Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and strong cold‑calling, time‑management, and presentation skills.

- Experience building a network and effectively using social media for sales.
- Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three+ years of experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
- Military experience is a plus.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $44,800.00 – USD $97,200.00 per year.
