• Perform all aspects of residential carpentry on custom homes and renovations
• Work closely with a tight‑knit, experienced team that values precision and accountability
• Execute work that meets our high standards for quality, detail, and finish
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

• Proven carpentry experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
