Balr Basketball Trainer

Balr is a national private basketball training company serving clients across the United States. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced private basketball trainers to conduct individualized lessons for players of all ages. Trainers will travel to local parks, basketball courts, or clients' homes within their designated area.

$35.00/hr – $40.00/hr

• Conduct private (1‑on‑1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly within the client’s preferred area.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• You set your own work schedule.
• Travel to clients’ locations within your preferred area.
• Decide your travel radius for client locations.
• Receive prompt payment within 24 hours post‑completed lessons via Pay Pal.
• Choose the number of clients you work with and receive multiple client offers regularly.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and receive continuous support from the Balr team.
• Start within 24‑48 hours post‑interview.

Pays are issued via Pay Pal within 24 hours post‑lesson. Full details are provided during the application process.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Provision of your own basketball training equipment is necessary.
