Senior Accountant
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements, reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and cash accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Leads month-end and year-end close processes, supports budgeting and forecasting, manages fixed assets and depreciation schedules, and ensures adherence to internal controls and policies.
- Develops and improves accounting systems, recordkeeping processes, and reporting tools, while compiling financial data for audits, tax reporting, and corporate consolidation.
- Mentors and reviews work of junior accounting staff, fostering accuracy and professional growth within the accounting team.
- Expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies, government regulations, and safety standards while consistently meeting deadlines.
