Lance Soft is seeking a Cost Accountant to actively participate in the Finance Department's daily production review and cost analysis for our manufacturing site. This role reports to the Senior Manager Finance and covers month-end close, standard costs, inventory verification, and cost variance reviews.
The candidate will bring 3–5 years of cost accounting or manufacturing experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and strong ERP skills (Sage or JDE) plus advanced Excel capabilities.
