DescriptionThe role involves leading sample fulfillment, assisting Sales Directors with account‑specific requirements, and providing weekly updates in the project tracker.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate customer data to ensure the successful execution of business campaigns.
- Help monitor and track customer Stock Status Reports.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations on special projects such as RFP/RFQ and business review meetings.
- Maintain product samples both in bulk and in customer packaging.
- Send product samples to customers and out for testing.
- Create mockups.
- Complete Customer/New Vendor forms.
- Effectively communicate to the team the parts of documents that need to be completed with timelines.
- Maintain customer portals.
- Set up items with customer and internally.
- Facilitate completion of customer assessments.
- Frequently communicate with customers.
- Update and maintain Market Share Database file.
- Complete NIRF Forms and upload them to Glass Cubes.
- Respond to / assist Regulatory team as needed.
- Handle any reasonable request from upper management.

Kroger, CVS, Cardinal, Meijer, Ahold, ABC & Kaiser, Topco, AWG/Valu Merch, McKesson, Publix, BJ’s, Dollar Tree & Family Dollar.

Reports to:
Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong communication skills (external and internal) and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate must be a self‑starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute tactical plans, and keep abreast of any changes in the customer base. The ideal candidate must have strong organization skills, a willingness to learn and grow, and experience working on cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated success in seeing projects through to completion is crucial.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing/customer service.
- High school diploma / G.E.D.
- Experience working with a retailer in the Mass, Drug, Dollar, or Food Class of trade.
- Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel).
- Adobe.
- Packaging & Shipping Customer/Product Samples (internal/external).
- Sitting/Standing/Bending.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
