Location: Manassas City, VA

Pay: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Manassas City. This role is ideal for a dependable childcare professional who enjoys working with preschool-aged children and creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Our preschool classrooms focus on school readiness, social-emotional development, and hands‑on learning through play, routine, and exploration.

• Lead daily activities for preschool-aged children in a safe and supportive classroom
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences including circle time, art, early literacy, and play
• Encourage positive behavior, independence, and peer interaction
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and transitions
• Communicate clearly with families regarding daily activities and child progress
• Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing, health, and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and center leadership

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting required
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for preschool-aged children
• Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
