Job Description:

• The Cloud Infrastructure Land Development & Community (LDC) organization is responsible for delivering datacenter campus sites to a condition ready for permanent works to support construction of Data Centers.
• Proposed site sites include the relocation of an existing groundwater treatment facility and associated monitoring and subsurface infrastructure at the MNZ
  07 Wellington Road site in the Blue Ridge Metro.
• Atlantic Research Corporation (ARC) is the Responsible Part named in the Consent Order, and JS Held has been contracted by ARC to implement the Corrective Action Measures (namely, groundwater remediation).
• Through coordination with JS Held and ARC, we obtained approval from the VDEQ to execute the relocation of existing groundwater treatment facilities on site, including relocation of an existing NOVEC electric distribution line, as relocation is required to develop the proposed datacenters.
• The Early Works On-Site Project Lead oversees the planning, compliance, and progress of the Groundwater
• Treatment Facility Relocation General Contractor.
• He or she will oversee the day-to-day activities in the field for onsite execution of the Groundwater Treatment
• Specific Job Task – This Project Lead will work with the Environmental Consultant-General Contractor contracted for this Project to ensure that:
• Overall schedule is maintained, and safe worksite practices are observed and adhered to at all times. This role requires regular engagement with key stakeholders, including Land Development, Security, Legal, Design,
• Construction, and Operations teams, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants and contractors.
• On-site Construction Management to oversee delivery for sites.
• Accountability for developing, managing, and reporting on safety, scope, schedule, and budget. This includes monitoring critical milestone dates per contract.
• Shares lessons learned with relevant stakeholders
• Serve as project single point of contact for LDC pre-construction and communicates delivery status and progress.
• The Project Lead will monitor the contractor’s implementation of the Site-Specific Safety Plan.
• Primary risks will include, but not be limited to excavations, mobile equipment, vehicle traffic, material handling, lifting activities, electrical, and working from heights.
• Competent contractors have been and will be appointed on the projects with responsibility for site
• In addition to its statutory EHS obligations, expects that the highest standards of EHS management are implemented across all construction projects.
