- 4+ years of management experience within dental setting.
- Must be willing to travel to any of our Virginia North office locations.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
- Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
