Join Our Team! Full-Time OBGYN Opportunity at UVA Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manassas

Looking for a fulfilling, balanced career in women's health? UVA Obstetrics and Gynecology Manassas is seeking a passionate, full-time OBGYN to join our dynamic team! We're a close-knit group of 9 MDs and 4 NPs who provide exceptional care across 3 locations.

• Teamwork & Support: Work with a supportive group of providers who share call equally and back each other up.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a great work-life balance with 18-20 patients a day and no office visits on your on‑call days. Post‑call days are off!
• Surgical Variety & Resources: Get hands‑on with a variety of gynecological surgeries, from hysteroscopy to laparoscopy and hysterectomy. We also have access to a DaVinci robot, 24‑hour in‑house anesthesia, and a Level 3 NICU at Prince William Medical Center.
• Cutting‑Edge Technology: Perform NSTs, colposcopies, and ultrasounds right in the clinic.
• Generous PTO: Take advantage of our generous paid time off policy, so you can recharge when you need to.

• You’ll be part of a practice with strong MFM support from UVA, and the backup you need for high‑risk cases. Plus, you’ll build strong relationships with the nursing staff and consultants.

• Access to Subspecialty Care: UVA’s MFM specialists provide expert consults, ultrasound reads, and more.
• Close Community: A friendly, tight‑knit environment where everyone knows each other. Free parking is a plus!

• Office Days: 18-20 patients, plus the chance to work with a skilled team of NPs for postpartum rounds.

  Share call equally with your colleagues, covering L D, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent surgeries.
• OR Block Time: Enjoy 3 days per month of scheduled OR block time, with more available if needed.
