The Prince William Medical Center campus in Manassas, VA, is part of the Novant Health UVA Health System. The campus features an acute care hospital with 130 beds and around-the-clock emergency room services; a behavioral health facility; fitness and wellness centers; and the Prince William Ambulatory Surgery Center. Our practice serves Prince William Hospital and Haymarket Medical Center.

Team model focuses on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them deliver care excellence. The group includes 15 anesthesiologists and more than 40 CRNAs who function in a care team model, with CRNAs working at the top of their scope.

• Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
• Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

• M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
