Compensation: $600,000 – $1,000,000 per year + up to $100,000 in incentives

Responsibilities- Diagnose, plan, and perform the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including:
- Dental implants and bone grafting
- Orthognathic surgery
- Facial trauma and reconstructive surgery
- Wisdom teeth and dentoalveolar procedures
- Deliver exceptional patient care with empathy, precision, and professionalism
- Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals
- Supervise and mentor surgical and anesthesia assistants
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, etc.)
- First-year income potential: Up to $1,000,000
- Base compensation: $600,000+ with up to $100,000 in incentives

Qualifications- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited US Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Active (or eligible) dental license in Virginia
- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible (ABOMS) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for lifelong learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence
